☀️Morning yoga is a pleasant awakening and activation of all body systems, a positive attitude and a charge of energy for the whole day!
It is an excellent tool that will help you wake up faster, cheer up, activate all body systems and fill you with energy for the whole day. Morning practice helps you wake up better than a cup of coffee. It heats up the body, improves joint mobility and stretching.
It also helps the body to get rid of toxins, tones the work of all organs and, what is very important, balances the inner state. It is recommended to start the day with positive emotions. There is a saying: how you start the day is how you spend it. Morning is a great time to set the direction of your thoughts and, as a consequence, feelings and emotions.
