Yoga directions

Hatha yoga basic CAT-y*

Fundamental type of yoga with special attention to correct postural.
Our postnatal is based of all body, and all problems and completes started from it.
Practice are building from back and it’s helps (through correct postural) get rid of triggered body’s deformations and more improve quality your body and life at all.

Critical alignment therapy and yoga (Cat-y)

These type of yoga focused on health and mobility of postural firstly. Here we used special props (tools), which gives relaxation those areas of body, who had tensions by the years (first step of practice). Second step is moving: we bringing movement back, which was blocked by accumulated tensions. Third step is coordination: we studying breeze, walk and stand like nature created it. And fourth its power of your body. In fact it is creating new muscle corset, which helps to save your new health postal through all your life.

Cat-y it’s not about sport. This type of yoga you have to your body. This practice helps to know yourself, become yourself true. It’s learned to feel and to hear your body. Get rid of limited concepts and destructive emotional experience. And helps to enjoy your life in full space without thought and feelings REKK restrictions.
